A development rooted in the region
For our neighbours
Health Innovation Campus Boxmeer is not just a place for innovation, it is part of the local community. We believe that a future-oriented campus should contribute positively to its surroundings: economically, socially and environmentally.
The campus is designed with respect for the unique landscape of Boxmeer, drawing inspiration from the historic Maasheggen region. Green public spaces, walking and cycling paths, and a nature-inclusive design ensure that HICB integrates naturally into the environment.
Since June 2025, local residents are welcome to visit the on-site Information centre to learn more about the development, view the architectural model, and ask questions. The centre is open by appointment and serves as a direct point of contact for neighbours and regional stakeholders.
Together with the municipality of Land van Cuijk, we are committed to maintaining open dialogue throughout the development process and to creating a campus that the entire region can be proud of.
