Land van Cuijk council adopts new visual quality plan for the campus
At the council meeting on 13 June 2024, the municipal council approved the new visual quality plan (VQP) for the Health Campus without any comments. Contemporary requirements regarding climate adaptation, mobility, parking and flexibility were the main drivers behind the development of this future-proof plan.

New construction plans on the Health Campus will be assessed against the guidelines set out in the Visual Quality Plan (VQP), which define the desired appearance of buildings. These guidelines cover building heights, choice of materials and colours, entrances, courtyards, and the parking structures that will be developed across the campus.
There are also guidelines for the design of the public space: how roads will be laid out, what types of greenery will be planted where, and the look and feel of the courtyards. These public space guidelines are currently being refined and are expected to be submitted to the council in autumn 2024.
